Write to the studio.

We read mail on weekday mornings, from the same desk where the notes are corrected. There is no desk you can visit, and we do not take bookings.

If a path has changed — a fence where the stile was, a tree across the gravel, a jetty closed for the season — put the date you walked it in the first line. That is the detail we cannot invent from the window.

Corrections to a published note are welcome. We do not sell the sketches, and we do not write for events. If a page helped you take the long way round, that is the reply we hoped for.
